1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dytto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dytto is a platform that enables artists and creators to train AI models on their unique artistic style and allows users to generate images using these trained models. Creators earn royalties when their models are used for image generation.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Creator Terms

As a creator using dytto to train models:

  • You must own or have rights to all images used for training
  • You grant dytto a license to use your trained model for the Service
  • You retain ownership of your original artwork
  • Royalties are calculated and paid according to our payment schedule

5. User Terms

As a user generating images:

  • You receive a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes
  • You may not claim generated images as original artwork created without AI
  • Generation credits are non-refundable once used

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, train on, or generate:

  • Illegal content or content that violates any laws
  • Content depicting real individuals without their consent
  • Explicit sexual content involving minors
  • Content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

7. Payments and Refunds

Generation credits are sold in packages. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unused credits only.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
